The branch is led by founder and Managing Director, Ken Waterhouse, who has worked in the care sector since 1988.

Ken and his team work from the Home Care Preferred office based at Firs Farm Community Hub, in Winchmore Hill.

Visiting support can be provided in Winchmore Hill and throughout the borough of Enfield. Live-in care is available in these areas as well as most of London and Hertfordshire.
