"When I first phoned I spoke to the finance director, told her my mother needed care but I had no idea what to enquire about. She was very helpful and arranged for an assessment the next day. The manager carried out the assessment, and she was wonderful. The service started immediately with no delay, which is just what my mother needed. My mother's only previous experience of carers was during and after a hospital stay, and she did not much like the care she received then. "I have used this group for about three years. The first visit is at 8 am to get me up. The second is at 8.30 pm to put me to bed. They are very reliable. Telephone warming if any (rare) delays/problems. I have walking problems and from time to time one of them escorts me to a hospital visit. Very helpful in reminding me of what was said.
